Partly sunny and pleasant

Temp: Hi 78˚ Low 60˚

Wind: SSW 7-12 mph

Pitch jigs, spinnerbait, chatterbaits, Senkos or a shakey head to shallow cover. Look for steeper banks that have isolated flooded cover. If there is 3-5’ of water that has flooded brush expect to find fish in that cover. A back to fishing the flooded cover to is fish the shallow side of the old bank line. With all of the moss on the bank the fish will move to the clean rock in the shallow water. Use flukes, Senkos or a trick worm.

Cloudy with a couple of showers and a thunderstorm

Temp: Hi 71˚ Low 61˚

Wind: SSE 8-12 mph

This could be a great day to look for active fish on the surface. A zara spook, surge shad or a redfin will be the best bet. With the water coming up so fast it may push the shad and bass to the freshly flooded vegetation. Check the spawning pockets or secondary points as the fish begin to move out to deeper water.
