Fished with my brother around Baxter today, with the clouds and the wind the jerkbait bite was pretty darn good. Caught all of our fish on steep rock and channel swing banks with a SPRO McStick in either Norman Flake or Blue Bandit. Most of the fish were out over 12' - 18 ' of water and were hitting the bait hard. With how warm the water is we worked the baits on an almost constant retrieve. |
