Fished Pt. 23 and Carter Creek area. Water temp had dropped 7 degrees from 2 days ago. Decided flippin was surest way to put keepers in the boat. It paid off. Found most fish in the back half of creeks and drains. Very shallow and tight to cover. Had to cover water. Fish relating to hard cover in bushes. Bites were soft, but fish really clamped down on bait. |
