The big worm in brush is a consistent bite right now. Fish brush piles that are 15’-25’ deep. This can be in river arms or major pockets and creeks. Use FFS to locate fish in these brush piles and target them accordingly. If you see several fish on or around a brush pile these fish tend to be more aggressive. The bigger the worm the better the 11” C-Mac in Kentucky Special is working well. Plan on moving to many location throughout the day to keep finding fish.

The drop-shot and slab spoon at the end of docks and trees is a fun bite right now. The fish are usually 22’-33’ deep in water up to 70’ deep. If you see groups of fish around trees or at the ends of docks on FFS these are the fish to try and catch. They can be caught quickly. Use a shad shape worm in a shad color or the plum 4” drop-shot worm. This bite is better when they are pulling water because it groups up the shad. If the fish are not interested right away move and find new fish.
