Extreme Outdoors Fishing Forecast

12/06/2024

Extreme Outdoors Table Rock Lake Fishing Forecast Water Conditions Clarity: Lake is clear overall with a slight stain in the river arms. Water Temp 56˚-58˚ Main Lake, 55˚-58˚ River Arms Current Pool: 915.00’, Current Lake Level: 916.07’ Generation: Long periods of constant steady generation. Weather Conditions Friday December 6, 2024 Mostly sunny. Temp: Hi 47˚ Low 30˚ Wind: SSW 6-10 mph The swimbait/Damiki bite still seems to be the best bite on the lake. The fish seem to be moving into the creek guts. Select larger creek arms that have splits and start in the guts of these creeks looking for shad pods or small groups of bass. Once finding this small group target them with shad-colored swimbaits and Damiki rigs. These fish are aggressive so if they don’t bite immediately, find the next group of fish. Don’t stay in one place too long if you are not getting bites. Keep moving until you find active fish. Saturday December 7, 2024 Intervals of clouds and sun. Temp: Hi 57˚ Low 44˚ Wind: SW 8-18 mph There is a glide bait bite is still improving but the window of time is shrinking. With the water being pulled the most active fish on the glide bait are related to trees, mostly cedar trees on bluff banks. This is a situation where you will cover a lot of water on then get three fish to come out of one tree. The fish seem to be in a small area. If you see fish high in a tree that is a fish to target. Plan on covering lots of water. Use a glide bait that is shad-colored but has a flash of red or yellow on the bottom. Sunday December 8, 2024 A morning shower, otherwise, mostly cloudy. Temp: Hi 54˚ Low 47˚ Wind: S 8-20 mph The Wart/Crawler bite is getting better. It seems the crawler is getting more bites because it runs a bit deeper. As the water drops the wart will get better. These fish are on 45˚ banks that have larger rocks mixed with them. The fish seem to be closer to the larger rock. Finding the right banks is better than just fishing down long stretches of bank. Use the wind to your advantage to get more bites. This bite can be found in rivers and in the clear water, but it is bank specific. Use crawfish-colored Rock Crawlers crankbaits.
