Super windy crank a bank type of day

03/14/2022

I fished from Aunts Creek to just above Cape Fair hitting chunk rock to gravel transition banks that had wind. The wind was crazy so it was not hard to find a windy bank. The bigger largemouth were caught on steeper chunk rock banks with lots of wind. I noticed better bites were when my crank was in 10-12 ft of water ( cranking slow) vs lots of smaller fish up shallower. Biggest was 4-15 and had one that looked to be in the 4s, get off right at the boat. Also caught my biggest Tablerock crappie to date. Was a fun one!
