Showers, cloud cover, light winds, and cool temperatures kept the big boats away and the topwater bite fast and furious.

Jay Oliver and Aaron Hodge continue their domination of the Antique division with their second win of the season. Reportedly fishing the Cow Creek area with jigs and topwaters the duo weighed in 20.01 lbs anchored by the tournaments 2nd Place NAPA Big bass.

Josh Wray and Donald Wray Fished in the Kimberling City area with buzzbaits and whopper ploppers for their final weight of 18.39 lbs.

Paul Angelakos and Justin Brand report fishing in the James River dragging homemade jigs on the sides of deep points. Their 18.21 lb bag was anchored by the NAPA Big Bass of 5.34 lbs.

Proving it pays to run a Skeeter, Top Skeeter honors go to Slade Wilson & Joey Penzo along with 7th they win an additional $250 from Joe Bass Team Trail. Note the tournament Top Skeeter award is paid by Joe Bass at each event and not associated with the Skeeter Real Money which offers much more.
